Transport & travel
Safe, reliable transport to the places that matter — appointments, work, study, and the people you love. With drivers and support workers who turn up on time and know your routine.
The supports under this service
We tailor the mix to you, but here’s what this service typically covers. Each maps to an NDIS support category your plan may fund.
Getting where you need to be
Door-to-door transport to medical appointments, work, study, shopping and the social activities that keep you connected.
Support while you travel
A familiar support worker can travel with you — helping you feel safe, settled and confident from your front door to your destination.
Travel training
Build the skills and confidence to travel more independently, from planning a route to catching public transport at your own pace.
Accessible vehicles
Comfortable, well-maintained and wheelchair-accessible vehicles, with drivers who understand how to support you safely.
Where this sits in your NDIS plan
Transport support is generally funded under Core Supports — Transport, which can help cover the cost of getting to and from the activities in your plan. Activity-based transport and travel training may also be funded depending on your goals.
Not sure what your plan covers? We'll happily help you read through it and work out what's possible — no obligation. Whether your plan is self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed, we'll fit in with how you like things organised.
