Work that fits

Employment support

A job can be about so much more than a pay cheque — purpose, people, a reason to start the day. We help you find work that suits you, learn the skills to do it, and feel confident staying in it.

How it’s funded

Where this sits in your NDIS plan

Employment support is generally funded under Capacity Building — Finding and Keeping a Job and Core Supports — Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation, which can include supported employment and School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES).

Not sure what your plan covers? That's completely okay. We'll sit down with you, read through your plan together and explain what's possible — no obligation. It works whether your plan is self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed.

Employment support FAQs

I've just finished school — where do I start?
School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) are made for exactly this moment. We'll help you explore what you're good at and enjoy, then build towards work step by step, with no pressure to rush.
Do I need to know what job I want already?
Not at all. A lot of people come to us unsure, and that's a great place to start. We'll explore your interests and strengths together and figure out what might suit you.
Will someone support me once I actually start the job?
Yes. On-the-job support means a worker can be there as you learn the role and settle in, for as long as you need them. We help with the workplace side too.
Do you support people across Victoria?
We do. We're based in Wheelers Hill and work with participants right across Victoria. Get in touch and we'll come back to you within two business days.

Ready to find work that fits you?

Tell us a little about yourself and what you're hoping for, and we'll get back to you within two business days — no obligation.
