How we help

Care that keeps you at home, and in control

Ageing well is about dignity and choice. Our teams provide practical, compassionate support tailored to each person — helping with the everyday so life stays comfortable, connected and your own.

  • Personal care and help with daily living, at your pace.
  • Domestic assistance, meals and household tasks.
  • Nursing and clinical care coordinated with your health team.
  • Social support and community connection to reduce isolation.
Why families choose us

What being a trusted provider means in practice

Trust in aged care isn’t built on a brochure. It’s built on the same worker turning up when they said they would, on someone answering the phone when a family is worried, and on care that adapts as needs change. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.

  • Consistent workers wherever we can, so you aren’t retelling your story.
  • A real person to call — not a queue, not a ticket number.
  • Care plans reviewed as needs change, not filed and forgotten.
  • Workers screened, inducted and supported by an experienced care team.
  • Families kept in the loop, with the older person always leading the decisions.
Getting started

How to begin, step by step

Most people come to us part-way through the process, and often a little worn down by it. You don’t need to have everything sorted before you call — we can pick up wherever you are.

  • Talk to us. Tell us what’s happening at home and what would make the biggest difference.
  • We visit. We meet the person, and the family if they’d like to be there, and talk through what support could look like.
  • We agree a plan. What we’ll do, when we’ll come, who you’ll see and what it costs — in writing, before anything starts.
  • We start, and we adjust. Needs change. The plan changes with them.

Government-funded aged care in Australia is a separate Commonwealth program, and your eligibility for it is assessed through My Aged Care — that assessment is made by the Australian Government, not by any provider. We can talk you through the in-home supports we deliver and help you understand how to get started, whether or not your funding is already in place.

Common questions

Common questions about our in-home aged care

Do I need a My Aged Care assessment before I contact you?
No. You are welcome to contact us at any point, including before you have an assessment. Eligibility for government-funded aged care is assessed through My Aged Care, which is an Australian Government service — that decision is not made by us or by any other provider. We can explain the in-home supports we deliver and help you understand how the process works and where to start.
What in-home aged care support do you provide?
We provide personal care and help with daily living, domestic assistance including meals and household tasks, nursing and clinical care coordinated with your health team, and social support to help people stay connected to their community. Support is built around the individual and reviewed as needs change.
Can you work alongside my GP and the supports I already have?
Yes. We coordinate with your GP and treating health team, and we can work alongside supports you already have in place. The aim is for care to fit together rather than duplicate what is already working for you.
Will I see the same support workers each visit?
We aim for consistency of workers wherever rostering allows, because familiar faces matter — it means you are not retelling your story, and small changes get noticed early. Where a regular worker is unavailable, we brief whoever attends so your care and preferences carry across.
